Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough clinical assessments to diagnose patient conditions
Develop and implement patient management and treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for comprehensive care
Participate in interventional pain procedures and follow-up care
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the practice
Qualifications:
Current Physician Assistant certification and active Texas license
Experience in multi-specialty practice; interventional pain experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Knowledge of advanced interventional pain management procedures
Additional certifications in pain management or related specialties preferred
