Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Interventional Pain Management | Outpatient Only
4.5-Day Work Week | No Weekends

The Role
You’ll join an established Interventional Pain Management team providing comprehensive outpatient care. This is not a hospital-based role — it’s clinic-focused, relationship-driven, and procedure-oriented.
What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Perform trigger point and joint injections
Manage medications appropriately and responsibly
Order and interpret imaging and laboratory studies
Educate patients on treatment strategies and long-term self-care
Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and specialists to optimize patient outcomes
Schedule
Full-time
4.5-day work week
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–1:30 PM
No weekends
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $110,000–$130,000

Who This Is Ideal For
Certified and licensed PA or NP
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or musculoskeletal care strongly preferred
Comfortable performing injections and managing chronic pain patients
