Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients referred for pain management and medical management
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including:
- Review of past medical, family, and social history
- History of present illness
- Review of systems
- Physical examination and clinical assessment
Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
Order and coordinate appropriate diagnostic testing
Review test results with patients and provide education, counseling, and follow-up care
Coordinate care with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation

Schedule
Full-time, outpatient clinic schedule
Monday–Friday clinic hours
No inpatient responsibilities
No call or minimal call, depending on practice needs

Requirements
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
Completion of an accredited advanced practice nursing program
Active Pennsylvania CRNP license or application in process
Pain management or related clinical experience preferred
Strong patient communication and care coordination skills
