Locums NP/PA – Pain Management | Duluth, Minnesota
Practice Setting: Outpatient pain management clinic
Position Type: Locum (3/23/2026 – 6/30/2026)
Call: None
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Rounding optional (1–2 patients/week) – can transfer to MD if outpatient-only provider
- Provider Type: PA preferred, NP acceptable
- Experience: Interventional pain or musculoskeletal (MSK) care, including trigger point injections
- Procedural Tools: Portable ultrasound available for clinic injections
- Licensure: Minnesota license required
- Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible, ACLS, BLS
- Patients per shift: ~18
- Facility Beds: 18
- Support Staff: 1 patient intake assistant, 1 MA, 1 surgery scheduler, 1 pain injection physician, 1 acupuncturist
- Procedures: Trigger point injections, referral to MD for spinal injections
- EMR: Epic
- Outpatient-only opportunity available
- No call, minimal rounding required
