Setting: Outpatient Pain Management & PM&R
Location: Monadnock Region, Southern New Hampshire

Required Prior to Start
- Active New Hampshire ARNP license or New Hampshire PA license
- Current DEA number
- Completion of an accredited NP (APRN) or PA-C program
- Master’s degree or higher
- Must be insurable under professional liability coverage
- Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
- Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience (new grads considered)
- Experience in Pain Management, PM&R, Orthopedics, or Musculoskeletal Medicine
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop multi-modality treatment plans
- Manage medications and perform follow-up care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with experienced PM&R and Orthopedic physicians
- Access to minimally invasive procedures, on-site ultrasound, and fluoroscopic-guided interventions
