- Personalized treatment programs including non-operative spine, operative spine, orthopedic, and radiological services to better serve a wide range of needs
- Company is invested in its providers shown through fellowship training in pain management, monthly bonuses, and consistent support so that the provider can focus on the patient
Benefits and Features:
- Competitive salary, $120,000 - $150,000 / year, depending on experience plus productivity bonuses

Your Role with the Company:
- Full-time position, 40hrs/week, no weekends
- In-depth training/Fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months
- Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities within the Savannah area - mileage will be reimbursed
- NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain

Background Profile:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 2+ years of experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine
- Ideal provider is passionate about serving rural America
