Pain Management APRN Opening in Berlin, NH
Position: Pain Management Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
Location: Berlin, New Hampshire
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 4 or 5 days/week, 8 AM 5 PM
Call: Phone-only, ~1 week every 4 weeks (no in-hospital call)
EMR: Meditech Expanse

Job Responsibilities:
Office-based evaluation and management of acute and chronic pain
Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances
Perform minor pain procedures: trigger point injections, joint injections, nerve blocks, cold ablation, Botox
Refer to CRNAs for advanced interventional pain procedures
Educate and counsel patients on pain management plans
Collaborate with CRNAs, physicians, and allied health team
Provide occasional inpatient or ED consults
