Title: Ortho / Pain Medicine Physician Assistant

Location: Riverdale, GA

Shifts: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 4 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Trigger Point and Joint Injections.
  • Personal Injury experience is also highly desirable.
  • Contributes to physician's effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues that must be addressed; recommending options and courses of action; implementing treatment directives.
  • Assesses patient condition by reviewing medical history and performing physical examinations, interpreting imaging reports and formulating plan of care.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with proper procedures, rules, and regulations.

A background in any of the following specialties: orthopedics, neurology, ER and/or interventional spine/pain management is encouraged.

Willingness to travel between clinics when necessary.



Requirements:

  • Masters of Physician Assistant studies - REQUIRED
  • Certified Physician Assistant license in Georgia - REQUIRED
  • DEA License (preferred)
