Well-established multi-specialty group seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join Pain Management Team in Southwest Suburban Phoenix.

Essential Functions:

Provide patient services to adult and geriatric patients

Perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling/education

Order and interpret patient care tests, treatments and exams

Handle prescription needs, provide advice regarding chronic pain problems, general health education and coordination of care

Education and Licensure:

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program and passage of board-approved certifying exam

Must possess a license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona.

Experience:

One year of APP experience required
