Summary:

Skagit Regional Health is actively seeking an additional Otolaryngology PA to enhance and expand our thriving practice due to rapid growth and increased demand. Highlights:

  • Join a collegial team of five (5) physicians and one (1) PA. Our Ear, Nose and Throat program also has an integrated Audiology department and a nurse ran Allergy clinic.
  • This is a full time position with a 4 day schedule. Daytime call support roughly 1-2 times a week. No weekends.
  • Practice in a new, state-of-the-art clinic and Operating Rooms at the Mount Vernon Surgery Center. Inpatient Operating Rooms also available at Skagit Valley Hospital, located across the street from the clinic.
  • Our providers see a broad range of cases and provide comprehensive treatment for children and adults.
  • This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house primary and specialty care referral base.
  • Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
  • 2-4 years of surgical experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
  • Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.
  • The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $130,474-$146,154 DOE
  • Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance.
