A long-standing and respected Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in the Lawrence, Massachusetts area is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Management: Diagnose and treat new and existing patients with acute, episodic, and chronic ENT conditions.

Procedures: Independently perform in-office procedures, including flexible and rigid endoscopies.

Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, prescribe necessary medications, and develop treatment plans.

Collaboration: Work alongside surgeons to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Qualifications

Experience: Candidates should have prior experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) and comfort performing ENT-related procedures in a clinic setting.

Licensure: Current Massachusetts PA or NP License (or eligibility to obtain).

Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting rapport with patients.

Tech: Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
