- Work Dates Needed: June 3, 2024- Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Full Time and Part time available; 8 or 10 hour shifts available
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: General Practice / ENT work
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified, Active NY license, BLS, DEA, and at least 1-2 years of experience.
- EMR: Medgen
- Pay Rate Preferred: $80-85/hr
