Job Overview
- We are seeking a full-time, office-based Certified Physician Assistant with strong orthopedic spine and extremity experience to join a rapidly growing, well-established multispecialty clinic.
- The practice focuses on treating patients injured in accidents and provides comprehensive, coordinated care across multiple specialties, including imaging, diagnosis, and both non-surgical and surgical treatment.
- This role offers a high level of clinical autonomy with direct supervision from the Medical Director and access to a broad network of specialists. The practice does not manage chronic pain or narcotics and offers a clinic-based schedule with no ER call, no OR time, and no surgical assisting.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and post-operative care.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, treatments, and therapies.
Interpret imaging, including X-rays, MRI, and other diagnostic studies.
Perform office-based procedures, including ultrasound-guided injections.
Prescribe medications, supplies, devices, and post-operative care needs.
Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans.
Coordinate care across specialties in collaboration with the Medical Director.
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in the EHR.
Apply evidence-based clinical knowledge in patient care decision-making.
Qualifications
Active Washington State PA license or Oregon State PA license.
Minimum 4 years of orthopedic experience required.
Proven experience in spine and extremity evaluation and treatment.
Comfortable practicing autonomously in a clinical setting.
Proficient with electronic health records and basic technology
