Locums NP/PA Orthopedics – Colorado Springs, Colorado
(Compact License Accepted)
Schedule & Availability
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Dates Needed:
- Jan 5–9
- Jan 12–16
- Jan 19–23
- Jan 26–30
- Feb 2–6
- Feb 9–13
- Feb 16–20
- Feb 23–27
- Inpatient, Trauma Level I Orthopedics
- Duties: Consults, rounding, H&P, first assist (as needed, not guaranteed)
- Support orthopedic surgeon on call
- No resident or teaching supervision required
- Beds: 300
- EMR: Epic
- AANP or ANCC Certified and/or NCCPA Certified – Required
- Active Colorado License or Compact RN License (NURSYS report required) – Required
- Active DEA – Required
- Must disclose if DEA is transferable or new application
- DEA must be retained for entire assignment duration
- Complete credentialing pre-application and full application to enter "applicant in training" status
- Complete EMR training modules before attending virtual EMR training
- Virtual EMR training must be completed at least 1 week before start date
- Completion of EMR modules and virtual training required prior to first day
- Coverage needed due to PAs out of office, ensuring continuous surgeon support
