Orthopedic Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner Opening – Astoria, Oregon Position Details: * Join an established Orthopedic and Sports Medicine team providing comprehensive outpatient and surgical care * General orthopedic practice specializing in hip, knee, and shoulder, including arthroscopy and total joint replacements * Exciting expansion this fall with the addition of an Orthopedic Upper Extremity/Hand Surgeon * Four-day work week with dedicated OR, outpatient, and administrative time * Autonomy in managing new and established adult and pediatric patients * Excellent support staff and strong provider-to-support ratio * Collaborative team of experienced surgeons and physician associates Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of surgical PA/NP experience * Active, unrestricted Oregon PA or NP license * Active, unrestricted DEA certification * Current ACLS (American Heart Association) certification * Physician Associate: Master’s or baccalaureate degree, completion of ARC-PA–approved program, and current NCCPA certification * Nurse Practitioner: Master’s, post-master’s, or doctorate degree in a program accredited by CCNE or ACEN Benefits Details: * Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives * Commencement bonus and relocation assistance * Annual CME stipend with paid educational leave * Paid time off, holidays, and sick time * Comprehensive benefits package including retirement plan options with employer matching About the Facility: Fastest-growing rural hospital in Oregon, offering a full spectrum of surgical, non-surgical, and primary care specialties.
