Job description

Order or perform diagnostic studies (EMG, EKG, X-rays, CT, MRI, bone scans, etc.)

Perform procedures including wound management, debridement, fracture reductions, injections, and hardware removal

Assist in surgery (first assist, closures, appliance application) and conduct hospital rounds
-
Serve as primary orthopedic call for Emergency Department and inpatient units
-
Participate in shared call coverage (weekday, weekend, night, and holiday rotations)

Evaluate patients, formulate and implement treatment plans, and complete required documentation and discharge summaries
Skills & Abilities
-
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) for concurrent documentation and care coordination
-
Ability to work independently and effectively in high-stress or emergent situations
Requirements

Board Certified – Required
-
Oregon License – Required
-
Full-time availability – Required
Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privileges
