Breast Surgery Physician Assistant Opening | Cooperstown, New York

Position Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
Seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our established General Surgery team of 10 Surgeons and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians. This role focuses on comprehensive breast surgery patient care within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide care in clinic, hospital, and assist with call coverage
Support surgeons with pre- and post-operative management of breast surgery patients
Participate in patient education and ongoing coordination of care
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure high-quality outcomes
Previous surgical experience, particularly in breast surgery, preferred (3–5 years)
Compensation & Incentives:
Salary Range: $124,332 – $139,000 plus performance-based compensation
*Based on qualifications, experience, and market evaluation*
Sign-on bonus up to $50,000

Job Qualifications:
National Certification as a Physician Assistant
