Orthopedic APP Opportunity in Bristol, TN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Bristol, TN
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations including history, physical assessment, and diagnostic review
Develop and implement therapeutic care plans in collaboration with supervising physician
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Administer injections, aspirations, sutures/staples, and perform reductions of fractures/dislocations
Assist in orthopedic surgeries as directed by the surgeon
Review labs, imaging, and therapy reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Perform emergency first aid procedures as needed
Participate in daily clinical activities and adhere to established protocols
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
National certification by the NCCPA required
Must hold and maintain a valid PA license
Previous experience in minor medical or emergency care required
Must have intermediate computer skills and EMR proficiency
Schedule & Expectations:
Full-time schedule with regular and predictable attendance required
Team-oriented, cooperative work style expected
