Our client in Oregon is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday - Friday schedule with potential for some weeks being a 4/4.5 day work week. Candidates will work alongside an established team of orthopedic surgeons and PA's. Responsibilities will include seeing patients in clinic, assisting in surgery, inpatient rounds/ER coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in surgery, treat patients in office and on the floor
- Examine patients and their medical records
- Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc.)
- Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
- Prescribe medications
- Maintain accurate records and schedules
- Educate patients and their family members
- Promote good health practices
Qualifications:
- Active Oregon state physician assistant license or ability to obtain
- Masters degree
- New graduates or those with experience in orthopedics are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
