Job description
Health Care System seeks to add another full-time Physician Assistant to their team. This Physician Assistant will focus on seeing patients with acute and chronic muscular skeletal injuries. The new Physician Assistant will diagnose and treat common muscular skeletal problems. This position is mostly clinic but if desired, will include approximately one day in the OR (first assisting). Common injuries include: sprain, strains, fractures, wound care and post-op problems. Responsibilities include: H&P’s, injury evaluation, fracture management, aspirations, injections and providing patient education. Candidates must be PANCE-Certified/eligible. The Doctor will train a new graduate with an orthopedic rotation.
Compensation: Excellent compensation and production bonus plan. Additionally, there is a full benefits package provided. The location is in the Greater Hartford, Connecticut area.
