Job description
Well-established Orthopedic Group seeks a full-time experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant to work directly with a team of Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeons. This position is all clinic focused. They have a state-of-the-art facility with ASC, MRI, PT and Digital X-Ray. The Physician Assistant will run their own orthopedic clinic seeing both new and follow-up patients.
Responsibilities include: patient evaluations and ED consultation, injections, fracture care, joint aspirations, rounding and patient evaluation and education, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (x-ray, MRI, etc.) and referring for surgical consult.
Successful candidate must have some orthopedic clinic experience.
The location is around 25 minutes south of Atlanta.
