We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA) - Orthopedics for Locum opportunity in Midlothian, VA
Start Date: As soon as credentialed! Schedule: M-F 8a-4p
Position Overview:
Practice Setting: Inpatient- elective orthopedic surgery
Call Ratio: no call
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes
Supervising Physician Present During Assignment:
APC will be rounding and coordinating discharges for elective orthopedic patients. Supervising providers will be available but not on-site.
Training or Experience Required: Orthopedic experience
Procedures: dressing changes, removing lines
Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric
Requirements:
Board Certified - Required
Active VA license & DEA - REQUIRED
BLS - Required
