Upper Extremity Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon seeks to add a full-time orthopedic Physician Assistant to the team.
- This position will be focused in the clinic.
- This is a well-established and busy practice.
- This doctor has a focus on upper extremities and some general cases.
- The Physician Assistant will run an orthopedic clinic parallel to the physician.
- The group has a state-of-the-art facility which includes PT/OT, EMR and newer OR suites.
Responsibilities include:
- Run orthopedic clinic
- Joint aspiration and injections
- Pre-op and post-op H&P’s
- Hospital rounding
- Write scripts
- Coordinate with Physical Therapist
- Ordering tests and evaluate X-ray, CT scan and MRI
- Casting and splinting
The location is Eugene, Oregon. This doctor will train a recent graduate with a strong interest in orthopedics. Compensation: excellent. Additionally, there is an excellent benefits package.
