Responsibilities:

Work week is approximately 40 hours with clinic, OR, and administrative time.

Evaluate and treat patients with hip and knee arthritis
-
Assist in surgery
-
Perform preoperative evaluations, teaching, and documentation
Required qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
-
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
-
Licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State of California
-
Physician Assistant Certification
-
An individual Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license (Schedule II-V)

Clinical and surgical experience, including Orthopedic, Hip replacement surgery, Knee surgery

Demonstrated competency using EPIC electronic medical records systems
