I have a client in Salem, MA seeking an experienced Orthopedics PA for locum coverage starting as soon as credentialed. Please see a few details below:
• Hospital setting
• 13-week assignment (option to extend)
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday - Thursday working 4x10s, will consider part-time and flexible on shift times/days
• First assistant in the operating room two days per week while independently seeing patients on the others
• EMR: Epic
• Cases: Inset peripheral IV lines, perform venous punctures, inset arterial lines, administer blood products, mix and/or administer IV medications, read radiographs, and perform suturing as needed
• Travel and malpractice covered
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• Minimum experience required: 3-5 years of ortho including inpatient/outpatient care
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
