Well-established Orthopedic Group seeks to add a full-time Physician Assistant to their team. The Physician Assistant will work directly with a Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon. This position will include both clinic and OR. This doctor has a very successful and growing general orthopedic practice. His cases include arthroscopy (shoulders and knees) as well as total joints and some trauma. The doctor handles a strong surgical case load and he utilizes the latest minimally invasive techniques. Responsibilities include: first assist, H&P’s, write scripts, coordinate with PT/OT, consultation, rounding and discharge summaries.

Successful candidates should be NCCPA-Certified/Eligible. Previous orthopedic experience is desired, but the group will train. The location is 40 minutes to Hartford. The area has solid school systems and is a terrific location to raise a family. Salary range is based on experience level and includes bonus potential. Additionally, there is a full benefits package provided.
