ICON Medical Network is looking for an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our partner's full-time team in Northern Central Iowa.

This is a DIRECT-HIRE Opportunity

Key Responsibilities for the Orthopedic PA:

• Work with assigned Orthopedic Surgeon, assisting in procedures, surgeries, and patient documentation
• Manage a caseload of patients, assessing, diagnosing, and treating medical and surgical conditions

Key Requirements for the Orthopedic PA:

• 0-2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, with an orthopedic focus or experience
• Must have strong knowledge of orthopedics to assist surgeons with procedures
• Experience working alongside physicians in the OR
• Interest in working a split schedule between OR and Clinic
• Current and valid Physician Assistant License, or exam eligibility

Compensation and Schedule for the Orthopedic PA:

• Target base salary is $110,000 - $150, 000 + additional (depending on experience)

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm working hours
