Multi-Specialty Group’s Orthopedic Department seeks to add a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to their Orthopedic Urgent Care. This Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner will be working in an Orthopedic Urgent Care Clinic that will handle muscular skeletal injuries. The newly hired Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner will diagnose and treat common muscular skeletal problems. This position is all clinic based. Common injuries include sprains, strains, fractures, wound care, and some post-op problems. Responsibilities include: H&P’s, injury evaluation, fracture reduction, aspirations, injections and providing patient education.

Successful Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners should be NCCPA-Certified. Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners should have orthopedic fracture care experience. The position is four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.). There is no call, but some Saturday rotations.

The location is in a very desirable area within the Las Vegas metro and surrounding areas. Compensation: Excellent compensation and production bonus plan. Additionally, there is a full benefits package provided which includes medical, dental, vision, life, vacation, one-week CME and allowance.

Qualifications
