Start Date: Asap or 1-2 weeks from interview
Length of Assignment: 3+ months
Schedule: Full time M-F
Credentialing: 1-2 weeks
Details:-No weekends (occasional rounding if physician is out of town- very rare and low patient load if so) -Clinic is 8am-4pm, no set number of patients to see, whatever you’re comfortable with but will not schedule more than 50 patients a day until we have more nursing staff -NP would be clinic only, mainly pre op and post op patients -PA would be new patients and pre op/post op -NP/PA will do injections, no ultrasound -PA will have opportunity to come to the OR, essentially every other month the PA follows physician schedule (M,W operating, F can do some clinic or all day OR with me) -Avg 25-30 cases per week -Monday OR usually done by 5/6pm, Wednesday OR usually done by 5 pm, Friday usually done by midafternoon -Monday OR is Total joints(knee/hip/shoulder), Wed OR sports/trauma/hand, Friday OR sports medicine
