Job Specifics
· Prefer experienced APP to assist in the development of a cancer prevention, detection, and multidisciplinary clinics.
· Manage and assess newly diagnosed lung cancer patients
· Identify and manage high risk populations through lung cancer screenings, diagnostic assessments and interpretation, and timely referral to specialists if needed.
· Develop a genetics program to screen, provide genetic counseling, testing, and management for those identified high risk for cancer.
· Establish a highly suspicious lesion clinic where cancer is detected as soon as possible, diagnostic work-up and staging is coordinated by the APP, and the patient receives timely recommendations and access to treatment.
· Must be willing to work autonomously and manage your own patient panel.
