Job description
ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking an Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver outpatient medical oncology care. This role focuses on managing cancer patients across the continuum of care, collaborating closely with oncology specialists, and ensuring high-quality treatment delivery in a well-supported clinical environment.
Schedule / Dates

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Coverage Requirement: Minimum of 3 days per week (Mon–Wed or Tues–Thurs)

Patients per Day: Approximately 8–10

Duration: Approximately 90 days (billing enrollment context)
Job Details & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient medical oncology care
-
Perform complete staging workups
-
Formulate and initiate chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy in collaboration with Radiation Oncology (on-site) and Surgical Oncology (off-site)

Collaborate with other NPs and PAs
-
Provide clinical oversight of treatment delivery and infusion services
-
Coordinate patient care across regional health systems
-
Communicate with hospitalists regarding admitted patients as needed (no admitting or rounding required)

Utilize EMR systems: Mosaiq and Meditech
-
Work alongside a highly experienced support team, including clinic RNs, infusion RNs, RN navigator, radiation oncology staff, dietitian, prior authorization specialists, patient advocate, and financial assistance coordinator

Treat a wide range of malignancies and some non-malignant hematology conditions
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible APP (NP or PA) – Required

North Dakota License or IMLC – Highly Preferred (must be willing to obtain ND license if not licensed)

DEA – Required

BLS – Required
-
Clean malpractice history – Highly Preferred

Availability confirmed at time of name clear – Required

Experience with bone marrow biopsy – Preferred but not required

Strong collaboration, care coordination, and clinical decision-making skills

Comfort managing diverse oncology cases in an outpatient setting
