Seeking an Oncology APP to provide outpatient care at the Leonard P. Nelson Cancer Center at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston. This role focuses on medical oncology patient management, treatment planning, and care coordination within a multidisciplinary cancer program. Coverage is needed due to the discontinuation of an external outreach provider group. Schedule & Availability Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Coverage Needed: Minimum of 3 days per week Preferred schedules: Monday–Wednesday or Tuesday–Thursday Practice Setting Facility: CHI St. Alexius Health Williston / Leonard P. Nelson Cancer Center Setting: Outpatient medical oncology Patient Volume: 8–10 patients per clinic day EMR: Mosaiq / Meditech Clinical Responsibilities Complete oncology staging workups Formulate and initiate chemotherapy and immunotherapy plans Collaborate with on-site Radiation Oncology and off-site Surgical Oncology Provide oversight of treatment delivery and infusion services Collaborate with other APPs Coordinate care across regional health systems (e.g., Trinity Health, Mayo, University of Minnesota) Bone marrow biopsy experience preferred (not required) Support & Resources 2 clinic RNs 4 infusion RNs 1 RN navigator Radiation oncologist, dosimetry, radiation therapy team Dietitian, prior authorization team, patient advocate, financial assistance coordinator Additional services: scalp cooling, tumor registry Patient Population Includes both malignant and non-malignant hematology cases such as: Breast, lung, prostate, colorectal, head & neck, melanoma, lymphoma Gynecologic, testicular, ovarian, pancreatic, liver, kidney, bladder, brain cancers Sarcoma, neuroendocrine tumors, metastatic disease Credentialing Information Timeframe: Dependent on ND license and DEA Credentialing packet must be completed promptly upon receipt Billing enrollment expected for approximately 90 days Submission Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required North Dakota license or IMLC – Highly preferred (non-licensed candidates considered if willing to obtain ND license) BLS – Required DEA – Required Clean malpractice history – Highly preferred Availability must be provided at time of name clear – Required
