• Setting: On site clinic seeing employees only
• Scope of Practice: Employee wellness and job related injuries including acute-episodic emergencies.
• Dates Coverage Needed: Nov 25 - Jan 31
• Schedule: 10p-7a, 2p-7a, 7a-10m
• Volume: 25 patients per shift
• EMR: SYSTOC
• Requirements: Active CA license, DEA, BLS, DOT preferred but not required
