PA – Occupational Health Clinic - Chicago, IL
- Seeing adult patients only
- Full time 40 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am (30 minute lunch)
- ASAP start upon credentialing
- Ongoing contract!
Requirements:
- 2 years of Occupational Medicine, Ortho, Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience preferred*
- Active IL License, Board Certification, DEA, BLS
