- Mon - Fri; 3:00 PM - 11:30PM - NO WEEKENDS
- Experience with Workers Comp injuries/musculoskeletal injuries, Urgent Care and/or Occupational Health
- IL License
- minimum 2+ years’ experience
- W2 with Health Benefits, 401k, etc.
- Weekly Pay
- Malpractice Paid
