Seeking experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join established women’s health team in Cooperstown, New York
Position Highlights:
Join collaborative team including:
- 9 Certified Nurse Midwives
- 4 Generalist OB/GYN Physicians
- 3 OB Hospitalists
- 5 Physician Assistants
- 3 Nurse Practitioners
Hospital-employed, evidence-based practice model
Primarily outpatient position
Labor, delivery, and recovery (LDR) model
Approximately 1,000 deliveries annually
Level I Nursery with regional perinatal support from Albany Medical Center
Collegial and collaborative work environment
Integrated EPIC electronic medical record system
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive midwifery and women’s health care
Manage prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary OB/GYN team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Midwife certification required
Prior experience required
Active New York license or ability to obtain
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation range: $140,000 - $150,000
Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
