Located in Fergus Falls, MN; 60m from Fargo, ND; 200m from Minneapolis

Permanent Position
Seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife, (CNM) to expand their Obstetrics program in Fergus Falls, MN.
The CNM will provide care to patients during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum; as well as, family planning and gynecologic needs.
As a new specialty with the organization, the CNM s will aide in the development and growth of the program while partnering with 1 OB/GYN MD, 1 CNM, and 2 Family Medicine w/Obstetric MD s.
As a unit, obstetric team members assist in the delivery of approximately 220 babies each year
Typical business hours are Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
32 patient contact hours/week
Equitable participation in 1:4 on-call rotation with the eventual anticipated on-call of a 1:5 to 1:6 on-call rotation.
Compensation

Guaranteed salary for the first 2 years of employment with the opportunity for additional compensation based on production hours worked

Qualifications:
Board certified in midwifery from AMCB
Eligible for RN and APRN licensure in Minnesota
Current BLS and NRP certifications
