Opportunity Overview:

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team in California. We are passionate about serving our community and providing care to those who need it most.

Practice Details:

• Birthing center with 1 seasoned Midwife and 1 Nurse
• Average of 2-3 deliveries per month, with a growth projection of 6-8
• Personalized birthing rooms with an Aqua Doula tub
  • $500 stipend for delivery call when scheduled for a shift

Schedule:

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• 1:2 call rotation
  • No ER hospital call or duties

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary up to $176,800 based on experience
  • Annual merit increases are available
• Sign-on bonus up to $50,000 and relocation assistance provided
