NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PA HOSPITALIST NOCTURNIST OPPORTUNITY NEAR ST. LOUIS, MO
Excellent opportunity for a MO licensed ACNP or PA with inpatient experience for this growing hospitalist team 45 minutes from St. Louis.
- Perform evaluation and management services to patients requiring hospitalist services with the hospitalist practice
- Develop treatment plans
- Complete admissions from ED
- Perform dictation of H&P examinations
- Cross cover for the hospitalist team
- Perform such other responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the chief hospitalist and within NP/PA scope of practice
- Team of 14 physicians, 6 advanced practitioners, and a clinical performance nurse
- No call environment
- No code requirement
- 14-bed, co-managed ICU with 24/7 intensivist coverage; procedures not required
- Current, unrestricted license in MO (ACNP, ANCC, AANP). Ideally looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience
