We are hiring an experienced Neurology Nurse Practitioner in Beautiful Palm Springs, California!

This is a Monday – Friday, Outpatient Neurology Clinic position, using state-of-the-art technology, our collaborative, interdisciplinary team is dedicated to providing the finest comprehensive care for our neurology patients.

The candidate must have extensive neurology experience, a California Nurse Practitioner license or began the licensure process.

• Provides direct patient care to primary care patients and support to a multidisciplinary health team working within the scope of the Certified Nurse Practitioner license and hospital privileges.
• Demonstrates commitment to system values through customer focus and process improvements.
• Supports neurology in their clinical operations.
• Supports neurology inpatient services.
• Operates independent clinics to see neurology patients
• Follows up on labs and diagnostic studies and returns patient phone calls.
• Follows up on patients after discharge
• Executes physicians’ orders in accordance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards
• Executes diagnostic & therapeutic procedures the physicians may assign
• Adheres to internal controls established for the department
