Job description
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, experienced preferred in neurology, hospital medicine, internal medicine or other medical specialties, to practice at our regional referral center hospital located in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Details:
- Full-time and Part time schedule offered
- 10-hour shifts w/ expectation that team of APPs will cover hospital 7 days/week, 365 days/yr
- May include mix of clinic and hospital shifts to meet FTE requirements
- Work in collaboration with neuro-hospitalist to support ED stroke alerts, inpatient consults, EMU rounding, post-discharge follow-up
- Ideal candidates will have a strong focus on quality, safety, teamwork and patient satisfaction and have experience working in busy, high acuity hospital departments
- 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage w/dedicated Rapid Response team and Code Blue team
