We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join a growing Neurology team in Bronx, NY. In this full-time role, you will work under physician supervision to provide comprehensive neurological care, supporting patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multispecialty environment with strong clinical support.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct patient evaluations and record detailed medical histories
• Perform physical exams and neurological assessments
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist in diagnosing and managing neurological conditions
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
• Monitor treatment responses and counsel patients
• Perform minor procedures and routine clinical tasks
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program
• Active New York State PA license
• NCCPA Certification
• NY Controlled Substance & DEA registration
• BLS/ACLS preferred
• Neurology, Emergency Medicine, or Acute Care experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
