DESCRIPTION:

• Full time – Day Shift
• Work week: 5 days per week, hospital rounds including dialysis rounds
• Start at 7 AM followed by rounds. Following rounds, the PA with assists the clinic provider with patients as needed
• Patient Types: consults, dialysis patients, inpatient rounding and outpatient
• Call expectation: daily consults on inpatient unit and local ER consult calls
• Call expectation: daily consults on inpatient unit and local ER consult calls
• Support team/staff: Full time Office Mgr, 1 RN, 1 CNA, office assistant for scheduling, 1 PA and 1 physician (working to fill the PA spot)
• EMR: Epic
