Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) – Nephrology needed in Bloomfield, CT.

Bloomfield, CT / Suburb of Hartford, CT / County Population of 895k.
  • Permanent, Full-time position (no locums).
  • Seeking an Advanced Care Practitioner (NP or PA) for a Nephrology position.
  • Must have 1 year+ experience with internal medicine.
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday.
  • Position is split with three days in Bloomfield, two days in Hartford.
  • Hours: 8a-5p.
  • Role will be to support a busy IM practice with: urgent visits, wellness visits, follow up’s, pre-op’s, and diabetes follow up’s.
