We are urgently hiring a dedicated Nephrology APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a growing specialty practice in Goshen, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with nephrologists managing complex renal conditions in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
We are urgently hiring a dedicated Nephrology APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a growing specialty practice in Goshen, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with nephrologists managing complex renal conditions in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic kidney disease
• Conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations
• Monitor dialysis patients and renal function
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
• Develop and adjust treatment plans
• Provide patient education on kidney health and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Master’s degree as NP or PA
• Active New York license
• NCCPA (for PA) or ANCC/AANP (for NP) certification
• Nephrology or internal medicine experience preferred
• Active DEA registration
Working Hours
• Full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday (Outpatient setting with possible hospital rounding)
Skills
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of renal and electrolyte disorders
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• EMR proficiency
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
