***NP/PA Nephrology opportunity in Great Falls, MT*** - Location: Great Falls, MT; Helena 90m **Position Details:** - Full-Time - Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider partner to join our current Nephrologist - Outpatient Nephrology Clinic - Opportunity for a flexible practice based on your desires and a welcoming environment - Primary or Specialty Care experience is preferred - Outpatient practice opportunity with physician mentorship available - Work life balance encouraged, no call - Clinic is staffed Monday Friday from 8:00 am 5:00 pm, flexibility in schedule based on candidate preferences - Outpatient practice is attached to the main hospital via skybridge and located within a large medical group building for access to primary and specialty care colleagues for collaboration and partnership **Compensation and Benefits** - Competitive salaries with incentive bonus structures - Sign-on / relocation bonus - Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues - 28 days paid time off + CME - 5-7% retirement match + 457b program - Provider wellness programs focused on personal and professional development - Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues **Community Information:** Great Falls is known as Montanas base camp for art and adventure with a city population of 60,000, and a draw of over 275,000 people in north central Montana.
