### Position Overview
Join a premier neonatal care team providing advanced care for critically ill and premature newborns in South Florida. This role offers an opportunity to work in a large, high-acuity Level IV NICU and rotate among three hospitals within the same healthcare system (all within 20–30 minutes of each other).

### Responsibilities
Provide neonatal intensive care across multiple hospitals within the system
Manage high-acuity neonatal cases in Level IV and Level III NICUs
Rotate between 24-hour shifts at Level III units and 10–16-hour shifts at Level IV unit
Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary care teams
Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to critically ill neonates

### Requirements
Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (required)
Certification: NNP Board Certified (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of NNP experience (post-training)
Licensure: Active or eligible for Florida license
DEA: Required prior to start

Shift Structure:
- Level III Units: 24-hour shifts
