Locums or Temp to Perm Job Opportunity: Neonatology APPs (NP/PA) - Pennsylvania
Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant for a NICU in Hershey, PA. This is a locum tenens opportunity with availability to move into permanent employment if desired
Position Overview:
- Specialty: Neonatology / NICU
- Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing: 60–120 days)
- Schedule: Various shifts, weekday and weekends days/nights available
- On-call: None
Clinical Scope:
- Level IV NICU (56 beds) with high acuity
- Attend high-risk deliveries, NICU codes, OB traumas
- Perform procedures: PICC/UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, LPs, intubations
- Ground & air transport (Life Lion) experience required
Requirements:
- NP: Board-certified via ANCC/AANP | PA: Board certified via NCCPA
- BLS, PALS, NRP, DEA
- Pennsylvania state license (can have active license or a pending license)
- Must be open to nights/weekends
- Must have Level III or IV NICU experience
- Must be proficient in listed procedures and transport
