An exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant specializing in Neonatology to provide care across Level III and Level II NICUs. This role emphasizes team collaboration, teaching, and clinical excellence, while offering a supportive work environment with flexible scheduling and no call requirements.
Practice Highlights

15-bed Level III NICU in Grand Rapids

8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery in Muskegon
-
Direct and indirect patient care for neonates

Work alongside physicians, nurses, and therapists

Document patient care in Epic EMR
-
Opportunities for teaching, mentoring, and quality improvement

Participate in community neonatal health programs

Flexible scheduling with no call responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
-
Board Certified in Neonatal PA (by start date) – REQUIRED
-
Active Michigan License & DEA – REQUIRED
-
ACLS & BLS – REQUIRED
-
Neonatology fellowship training – REQUIRED
-
Relevant neonatal/clinical experience – Highly Preferred

Must maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications
