Great facility in Baltimore is looking for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. 12 hour shifts, with expectation of additional time for sign-out of patients at the end of the shift. As compensation, for the full time position, NPs work 3- 12 hour shifts a week but are paid for a 40 hour week. 2-3 NPs during day/2 NPs at night (Will work both day and nights shifts, providers self-schedule).
